A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin declaring that no Afghan refugees will be allowed into the Russian Federation, says in explaining this decision he stated: “Who are these refugees?...How can we tell?...There may be thousands, or even millions…The border is a thousand kilometers - they will get on everything, a car, even a donkey, and flee across the steppe...we do not want fighters disguised as refugees to turn up in our country...we do not want to repeat what happened in the 90s and mid-2000s... We had these horrors that are now being repeated on the territory of Afghanistan”.
This report notes that the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation
issued order GKPI-03-116 on 14 February 2003
designating the Taliban movement as
an international terrorist organization—today sees Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Oleg Syromolotov stating that Moscow is not in a hurry to recognize the new leadership in
Afghanistan and does not plan to remove the Taliban from its terror list—whose reasons underlying this issue rests in
the fact that Russian intelligence
analysts have designated the Taliban as the “CIA’s Army” that remains a threat to human rights and an obstacle
to peace in Afghanistan—though for what true purpose the CIA
created this secretive army, and how it plans to deploy it remains hidden in
the shadows, in 2016 it saw President Putin instructing the Federal Security Service (FSB) to keep close tabs on Afghans arriving in the
country as refugees, or traveling onwards within Europe, with his stating: “The cause of this refugee crisis is the destabilization of
entire regions of the world, first of all in the Middle East”—that was joined by President Putin ordering officials to “safely close the territory of Russia” from penetration by Afghan militants and to “uncover and neutralize” these terrorists.
With this “CIA Army” of Taliban
fighters more than able to “destabilize entire regions of the world”, this report details, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) is expressing grave alarm today after the Pentagon activated its Civil Reserve Air Fleet
(CRAF)
yesterday for only the third time in 70-years since it was created in 1951
during the Korean War—a total war mobilization of CRAF
first activated in 1990 to support the Gulf War, and whose second activation was in 2003 to support the US-led invasion
of Iraq—sees the
total war mobilization of CRAF
coming at the same time an E-11A
Battlefield Airborne Communications Node (BACN)
aircraft, which provides battlefield connectivity across multiple radio systems
and data-link waveforms, has established a flight orbit over Bagram Air Base in
Afghanistan that is occupied by Taliban forces—when this US Air Force battlefield command aircraft established its orbit, the CIA put to flight its “Red Air Transport” fleet of Russian-made Mi-17 combat helicopters
over Kabul—that
were quickly joined by a contingent of at least eight AH/MH-6 Little Birds, as well
as specially modified MH-60 Black Hawks and MH-47 Chinooks operated by the secretive US Army unit 160th Special Operations Airborne Regiment (SOAR)—all
of which will soon be joined by a pair of German military Airbus
H145M helicopters configured to support special operations missions that are
being rushed to Afghanistan.
MoD urgent war bulletins included in this report
state that US and German combat troops engaged in a gunfight with “unknown assailants” that reportedly
killed an Afghan security force member at the Kabul airport—a report the MoD says if true is dangerously deceptive, specifically because
there is no such thing as “Afghan security forces” surrounding
the Kabul airport—as the entire perimeter of the Kabul airport is sealed by the
special forces wing of the Taliban army designated Badri
313—that is
otherwise known as the “Red Unit” or “Blood Unit”, and are the shock troop commandos the Taliban used to conquer
Afghanistan.
MoD intelligence analysts in this report note
it’s critical to know about these “Blood Unit”
shock troop commandos in light of the news that British Prime Minister Boris Johnson will reportedly pressure
Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden to delay the withdrawal of troops from
Afghanistan—and
after hearing, saw the Taliban warning that any delay of the planned US troop
withdrawal will cross a “Red Line”
and prompt an immediate retaliatory response.
This report continues by noting that
Taliban political leader Mullah Abdul Ghani Barada arrived in
Kabul yesterday for government talks—talks that include Afghan ex-President Hamid Karzai, who resigned from office in 2014 rather than sign an
agreement to keep US forces in forces in Afghanistan, and didn’t flee when the
Taliban took control of Kabul—after Karzai resigned saw
his replacement President Ashraf Ghani
signing this agreement, who fled last week from Afghanistan when the Taliban
took control, but whom the Taliban granted amnesty to this morning—after which top Taliban spokesman Suhail Shaheen
addressed the world during a press conference held in
Doha-Qatar stating:
“The Islamic Emirate is not
based on one ethnicity. You know that we have in Badakhshan the Tajik ethnicity
and also other provinces, like Faryab and Sar-e Pol, which are our Uzbek
populated provinces. Also in the south, we have the Pashtuns and other
ethnicities.
They are making the Islamic

girls’ schools. They are operative.
There are no hurdles for girls to go to school and they are going to
school.
The female teachers have
resumed their jobs. So, we have no problem with women having access to
education and to work, but only the Islamic Hijab must be observed.

hijab.”
The urgent MoD war bulletins in this report note that at the same time the Taliban was addressing the world from
their office in Qatar, the US is putting Afghan evacuees in huge hangars at air
bases, such as Al Udied in Qatar, which are becoming major humanitarian crises
in themselves—and
also comes at the same time the Taliban laid
siege against the resistance forces in Panjshir.
This transcript sees Security Council
Members noting that of the few nations like Qatar allowing the US to
place Afghan refugees on their
territory, all of them are keeping them in the strictest under armed guard
quarantine—nations that today are remembering the warning sounded a decade ago
by Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, who shockingly
revealed: “The goal is to use Afghanistan to wash money out of the tax
bases of the US and Europe through Afghanistan and back into the hands of a transnational
security elite…The goal is an endless war, not a successful war”—are nations realizing that socialist leader
Biden hasn’t renounced using force in Afghanistan, he merely
completed the job started by President George W. Bush and his successors:
converting the war on terrorism from a conventional military venture to a
global operation conducted by such methods as drone strikes, Special Operations
raids and standoff missiles—are nations realizing that Biden
and his socialist-globalist forces have a “Plan B” to
plunder all of the natural resources of Afghanistan—and most importantly, are nations starting
